The Absolute Worst is an interactive, open-mic comedy/storytelling show where audience members face off against three curated comedians and storytellers to find out who can lay claim to having had the worst holiday ever, with both absolutely fabulous and absolutely terrible prizes at stake.
And if you have a great story about an absolutely terrible holiday you had to endure, you might walk away with the evening’s grand prize!
Maybe your worst-holiday story is about that one year you had too much to drink at your company Christmas Party and tried to make out with the copy machine. Or maybe it’s about that New Years Eve you agreed to get fixed up on a blind date with your roommate’s cousin’s neighbor’s just-paroled old college frat buddy because, really, how bad could the guy be? Or maybe it’s about that time you got dumped on Valentines Day, or that Birthday Party your mom threw where no one showed up, or that Fourth Of July you accidentally set off what everyone in your family now just refers to as “the toilet fire.”
Don’t want to tell a story? No problem! You can still win a prize by winning our Absolute Worst Pictionary Cage Match, or giving the best answer to our Absolute Worst Question Of The Night, or being crowned the Absolute Best Audience Member, or some other prize that we’ll probably just make up as we go.
Also, we may ask everyone to howl at the moon. Or we may not. (We’ll see.)
